Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of double vision and sore throat . ocular muscle balancing is to be done. fundus examination is required to be done. It could be a stroke caused by a posterior cerebral blood circulation vessels insuficiency. You should have an urgent neurologic evaluation and brain imaging done in order to diagnose correctly your problem. You can get decreased peripheral vision and migraine attacks as well, these impairments are caused by the weakening of the muscles in the eye. Drink alot water along and eat probiotics such as yogurt. Visit ophthalmologist once and get eyes examined properly and start treatment for better vision. As far as sore throat is concern the symptoms are probably due to bacterial infection . Visit ENT specialist for proper examination and treatment .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
