What Causes Downward Erection?

Is it bad to have a downward erection? In middle school i remember tucking my penis in my briefs to hide sudden errections. Im 18 years old and can t remember ever having a penis injury so i cant see how i have peyronies. Is it possible to already have that condition?

Peyronies refers to abnormal curvature of the spine an erection. It is possible if you are noticing an abnormal curvature.

The exact cause is not known.

A urologist would be the best person to help you determine if there are any issues that may need treatment.
