What Causes Drainage Of Blood From Anus?
My husband has had two bleeds from his back passage in the last few hours. Bright red blood in clots on both occasions. He is feeling well but we know this bleeding is far from normal. He is in his early sixties. I would appreciate your opinion. Many thanks.

bleeding twice in few hours from his back passage at his age should be taken a due care . better to see your doctor to get it proper evaluation . frequent bleeds will lower his blood haemoglubin and further compromise his health .

what is the amount of bleed and clots / approximate ?
is it associated with any pain ? constipation ?
is he on any medication currenrly for any other illness ?
is this bleed at the time of defecation or it is just spontaneous ?
