What Causes Drainage Of Blood From Head Of Penis During Intercourse?

I am a 67 yr old male I am a type 2 diabetic I use insulin I take a multi Vit also vitamins C & D 1000 each. My problem is when I get an erection and my penis swells sometimes during intercourse if my wife is not lubricated enough or the skin just rubs the sheet wrong the skin seams pull away from the head and will bleed.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion such condition need to be treated with some good lubricating agent this is the best option you have, one more thing you need to see the gynecologist, because such symptoms could be due to age and may need some local hormone application, hope this information helps, take care.
