What Causes Drainage Of Mucus Blood From Rectum?

I have mucus with blood coming out my rectal. It very painful it fills like a buring sensation in my stomach. Before I go to the restroom. Also I have the feeling like if someone is squeezing my testicles when I go to the bathroom to relieve the mucus. This is so embarrassing but I ve been like this for about three or four months and now it s starting to worry me because the pain is getting worse. I don t want to go to the hospital because I have no insurance. Please give me your advice on what might be wrong with me thank you. I am a male 29 years old.

Hello sir and welcome.

Tou have been bleeding per rectum for months now and this itself is a clear indication for a hospital admission. Anemia is almost definite and your heart can suffer some major consequences due to the blood loss.

I cannot be sure but I suspect irritable bowel syndrome to be the cause. Can you at least write to me using our premium service so I can advise you elaborately? Please try.

for now I would recommend the use of a medication called mebeverine and please avoid caffeine, carbonated drinks, all dairy products, all gluten containing products, fried food, fatty food, chocolates, popcorn and anything that immediately irritates your GIT.
