What Causes Drainage Of Stools During Urination In An Elderly Person?

I am 90 years old, and recently have experienced a problem with producing small stools each time I urinate.i have very little appetite and have to get up to urinate 4 -5 times at night,.Strangely if I sleep sitting up I can go several hours between urinating.

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the indication of any disease if pass the stool at the time of voiding, so not exert the force at the time of passing of urine this could be the cause of this, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
