What Causes Draining And Swelling Bump Under The Big Toe Re-occurring Occasionally?

Hi--I noticed a bump on the bottom of the pad of my big toe, noticed while standing barefoot on hardwood floor, uncomfortable to walk on it and then it seemed to drain, causing my toe to swell. I applied ice and in the morning I had a bruise around the joint. This was maybe three weeks ago. Since then it has happened at least two more times, but less severely. Curious what it could be from

Hello dear from my opinion regarding the bump and swelling of your big toe I am suggesting a ulcer due to probably from diabetes how is dietary sugar intake? please check in a nearby lab center let them conduct a fasting blood sugar and wound culture for bacteria see a nearby physician for the results
