What Causes Drastic Decrease In Cylindrical Power Of Eye?

My cylinder in my right eye changed from -25 to -75? Is that a dramatic change? Also, my axis in my right eye changed from a 170 to 169 in the right eye, and from a 20 to 28 in the left eye. The cyclinder stayed the same in my left eye, which is -25. My sph changed from a -425 to -400 in the right eye, and from -400 to -375 in the left eye. That is my glasses prescription.

Regarding your drastic decrease in the cylindrical power of the right eye relative to the left I am suggesting that you have developed myopia and hypermetropia respectively

I hope this helps Regards
