hello sir, i think my patient has some kidney problem. his homoglobin is decreasing day by day and now it is 5.6% only . he is 25 years old n weight is 58 kg. leaver is normal in size.spleen, bladder also normal. the ultrasound report says that his left kidney is not visualize. suggest me
