What Causes Dripping Of Urine Along With Erectile Dysfunction?

I am 57 years old. White male. I am slightly over 6 feet and weigh 190 lbs. I am a twice a week guy at the gym where I do cardio work and lift weights. I am very active. Play golf and hunt and fish and hold a responsible job. In early 2015 I noticed leakage if I didn t get to the bathroom soon enough and also would lose erections in the middle of sex. I went to the Dr and got some Cialis and a PSA was done. It came back at 4.00. My GP gave me an antibiotic and both issues soon went away and have not returned. I recently had another PSA and its up to 5.28. The other symptoms have not returned. Sex is great and on demand and no urination issues. Your recommendation?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Erectile dysfunction can be overcome by taking medications like Sildenafil or Tadalafil, half an hour before your sexual activity. Slowly, as you gain confidence and good erection, you can stop using the drugs.
Urine dribbling could be due to problems associated with prostate gland. Since your PSA levels have shown to be increased compared to the previous reading, it is advisable to go for an ultrasound scan to know the status of the prostate gland.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
