What Causes Droopy Eyelid And Pain Above The Left Eye?

My mom is experiencing achyness above her left eye and the eyelid is droopy and she also has achness in left hand in her ring finger and little finger down into the palm of her hand . But not At same time and pain isn t constant. Eye looks a little puffy around eyebrow.
