What Causes Drowsiness Along With Fatigue And Loss Of Motor Control?

I am facing a very strange situation...I feel drowsiness , fatigue and lack of balance at times...any work seems like a burden to me...even after sleeping for 7 hrs in the night, I feel lethargic throughout the day..feel no energy and excitement for anything... don t even feel like having any social connects...at times there is vertigo also...I am on Thyronorm 25 mcg...last TSH level was 2.91 ..I am a 41 year old female

Hi. Thanks for posting on hcm.
I would suggest you yo get your tsh checked if it is not checked for more than 3 months and hb checked.
