Hi,

I think Amlong MT 50 has succeeded in reducing your high blood pressure. Now, as you are feeling drowsiness with a pulse as low as 64, this means there is a need for dose adjustment.

To help you, should measure your blood pressure (BP) for at least 1 weeks, with a pulse and everything, record the results and pass them to your caring doctor.

After getting a full physical exam and cardiac checkup (EKG, echocardiogram); I'm sure he/she will lower the dose according to your health needs.

For the moment, monitor your BP, and take oral rehydration salts to replace the lost electrolytes and keep hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
