What Causes Drowsiness And Feeling Of Having Nodules In Thigh After Taking Pregabalin?

My mother being treated for body pain with NSAIDS,Recently started calcium and vitamin D3.. Three days before under consultation of neurologist started pregabalin. Since then she is suffering from drowsiness and feeling nodules in thigh... Is it common/dangerous..? What s the alternative..? Please reply

These symptoms are extremely common with pregabalin.
If these symptoms are intolerable you can request for another nerve pain medication like duloxetine (cymbalta).
