What Causes Drowsiness On Infusion Of Pantoprazole And Zofer?

Hi, myself Ayan. I actually want to know about my father s condition who now stands on 71 year. Yesterday, he went to a social gathering and had little food. But, at night he went on vomiting several times. Later, this morning he was not in such condition to talk with others. We ask about the discomfort he was in but he could not say or something from inside barred him to move or to say. I would like to mention that he is an out and out healthy person at this age. means to say he has not been tucked in such condition before that we got feared of the situation. Doctor injected pantoprazole and zofer in vein. But, my father is still in severe drowsy condition and did not want to talk to anyone and can t even move a bit comfortably. What is happening Dr. can t understand and what should we do?

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms are there in this age it all needs to be looked for every possible disease among them the most important are diabetes, hypertension, cardio-vascular and cerebrovascular disease, till the it can be managed as dyspepsia and intestinal infection, dehydration, close observation is must, hope this information helps, take care.
