What Causes Drowsiness, Weakness And Memory Problems In A Diabetic Patient?

sir, i am 54 yrs. old police personal. now i m sffering from sugar and hiugh bp problem since three years . now i forget things or tasks done two hours before and memoir sharp of my childhood vry clear. sleep too much... weakness, loss of interest in any work, and in my conjugal relations are the current symptoms.

Hello sir.. i understand your problem... it is quite natural to develop such symptoms at the elderly age group... but in your case i feel it is bit early... may be due to not well controlled glucose levels/ BP ??!!Please check your BP and fasting glucose levels with HbA1c, check your thyroid profile, Hb%.. eat more of green leafy vegetables, oranges, guava, amla etc.. ... do walk atleast half an hour - 1 hr /day ... do meditate and practice pranayama... vitamin E tablets known to delay the onset of alzemers... dear sir more importantly DONT FORGET TO TAKE THE TABLETS IN TIME !!!
