What Causes Drowsiness While On Methadone And Klonopin?

We have a client who is prescribed 80mg of methadone (his dose was increased last week). He is also taking .5 Klonipan as needed. He is nodding off and having difficulty completing his paperwork. We administered a drug screen and he was negative for opiates, THC, benzo. , cocaine, and amph. What could be causing the nodding.

I really appreciate your concern, nodding may not be due to drug but it could be due to some anxiety and depression, he has to come out of this condition even without the helps of medicine and for that he has to bring back his confidence, need to be positive, ask him to try some relaxation therapy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
