What Causes Drowsiness While On Zonisamide, Guanfacine And Sulfameth?

14 yr old grandson,with Altism,he is currently visiting with us,he takes 300 mg of zonisamide,for seizures,Guanfacine,4 mg daily,he was just in the last few days put on Sulfameth/TMP 800 mg twice daily,he is really groggy,acting differently than usual,could this be a side affect from taking the 3 different meds,he is also nonverbal

The dizziness is the side effect of recently added molecule Sulfameth which must be stopped immediately and consult the office of your doctor.
