What Causes Dry And Cracked Skin Above The Navel?

i have dry skin after using some body wash i got at the mall a year ago and it supposedly would take off all your dry skin on your hands but the sales rep also said that i an use it on my body. Well i ran out like 7 months ago and i don t know if that s what caused it but now i have cracks of dry skin in the center of my stomach right above my belly button going up towards 4 inches bellow my breasts

I don't think the cracked skin above the belly button is a side effect or related to cream used 7 months earlier. I think the condition you had before using the cream is getting worse. It may be eczema but I need to see a photo of it before saying.
