What Causes Dry And Flaky Skin On Foot?

Hello, For the past year my foot has had dry, flaky skin, and a bunch of pouches of clear liquid in it in varying sizes. I ve tried rubbing Keratin, and even Aquaphor on it, but it only seems to mildly fix the dry, flaky skin. Recently it s started to itch as well. This is all going on only on my left foot too.

Hello,
It sounds like you may have a fungal infection going on. Try Lamisil (terbenafine) cream on your feet twice a day for a few weeks to clear it up. Then use the aquaphor at night to help with the dryness.
