What Causes Dry And Flaky Skin On The Cheeks?

For the past three or four months, I have had extremely dry, red, flaky, itchy skin on my cheeks. I don t have dry skin and have never experienced anything like this before. I thought it might be new moisturizer so I quit using it, but that was months ago and it is still there.
