What Causes Dry And Itchy Penis?
Hi, I'm 18 and the last 4 weeks i have noticed that when i try to pull my foreskin right back i cant at all now, its like it has swollen up and it gets dry and itchy and if i pull it back at anytime it gets little cut/split marks and they really sting, what could be the problem ?
