What Causes Dry And Itchy Skin On The Body?
I have dry skin everywhere but my legs. My arms are beginning to look like snake skin and also my neck is doing the same. I think it might be my age at 74 causing the problem. But the itching is bad. I use creams for relief and an anti-itch cream also. Should I use a bath oil when taking a bath?
