What Causes Dry And Sticky Palm ?

My palm of my hands and specially my fingertips are dry and stcky and does not feel normal. They are not numb. It happened two months ago. My dermotologist referred me to a neurologist. Neurologist ordered a MRI of Neck. He thinks it is due to my neck and reffered me to a neurological surgeon. I am visiting him next week. Have you seen such sysmptoms before and what is the cure? Thank you
