Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to balanitis. It cause inflammation and edema. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo examination to confirm the cause. Following treatment will be useful:

- Application of Clotrimazole and steroid ointment
- Frequent hot bath
- Apply man 1 man oil formulation
- Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep area clean and dry

Once inflammation and odema goes, skin will retract backward easily.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
