What Causes Dry, Blackish Bumps Appearing On Legs And Foot?

hi, my daughter are 10 years old. from the age of 6 she started having these black dry small bumps appearing on her legs and foot. she also have very dry skin. these bump head feel like hard little rock and hurt. Her doctor say she have eczema and prescribed Mometasone Furoate ointment,but that s not working. I also try Vanicream for dry skin. I really would like to know what this is if you have any idea.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is not causing any symptoms like itching, pain, swelling then it may not be any disease but could be nonspecific skin changes, keep this under observation and in case of some changes may need biopsy, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
