What Causes Dry Cough Along With Pain Under The Ribcage And Fatigue?

I have been sick for about a month now, went to the doctor for symptom of respiratory infection. I have dry cough, pain on right side under ribs, tightness in upper chest area, I m fatigued and at times nauseous. I was given antibiotics, strong cough medicine with codeine and nasal spray and there s been no change. Do you have any idea what this could be?
