General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Cough and sneezing can be caused by Allergy or URTI
It's been over 12 days so I would advise you to consult your doctor for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, COP, X ray PNS or Chest

Loose motions can be caused by acute gastroenteritis or gut infection
Have plenty of fluids including ORS and lemon water with salt and sugar
if it worsens than consult your doctor for stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

You can do steam inhalation and gargling with antiseptic mouthwash or warm saline water
Deep breathing exercises is recommended for you

Hope this helps you
Best wishes
