Been to ENT, GP (twice), had chest xray. 4 weeks of tight dry cough plus others symptoms such as sore throat, headache, achey, low energy. Coughing up Green phlegm in am is worst. Some during day, Most coughing at morning and night. Lungs are clear. chest xray shows lungs are normal. Mostly in chest throughout. Deep breathing initiates a tight dry cough. Symptoms of drainage with medium or little congestion in sinus but not always present. Nasal passages are sore to the touch. left side is bleeding even though I m blowing my nose very little.
Your symptoms are suggesting viral infection followed by bacterial opportunistic infection. Take steam inhalation, also better to check if you have underlying asthma. For Sinusitis you can take Syp. Sinarest OR Syp. Planokuf 1tsf. twice or thrice a day. You should be cautious if you are driving or handling heavy machinery as these syrups leads to some drowsiness. Better consult your GP and than take proper course of treatment for Sinusitis.
