What Causes Dry Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Palpitation Post Physical Exercise?

After a run on the treadmill, I developed a dry hacking cough, a little shortness of breath and feeling of palpitation on my upper torso. Began 4 days ago. Interestingly, those symptoms disappear when I sleep so when I wake I am fine. As the day progresses,symptoms return. Also, they disappear when do another treadmill run (60 mins) and come back when I stop.
