What Causes Dry Cough, Wheezing And Vomiting In 6 Year Old?

My 6 year old, has a dry hacking cough, it gets worse at night and early morning. This is the fourth day and its getting worse, his coughing fits last for about 30 minutes and cause him to throw up. He is also wheezing. He had a runny nose the first 2 days. I have tried cough drops, a vaporizer, vapor rub, honey...and nothing has helped.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the cough symptoms in this age group are self limiting and it could be due to some allergic condition it is better to try some pure honey instead of medicines, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
