General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Notd the history of a 60 year old female, working in healthcare, college educated had sinus and allergy problem, now have dry eyes and vertigo.
The commonest causes at your age may be one of the following:
Sjogren's syndrome wherein dryness of eyes is a common occurrence.
Local problems related to eye.
Dehydration.
You can get this diagnosed by the following ways:
Consult an Ophthalmologist for confirming the cause of dry eyes.
Have second opinion of a Rheumatologist for further special investigations and have proper management.
As for the Vertigo, the best way is to consult your Doctor/Neurologist or ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations for getting a proper cause so that a specific treatment can be started. Till then ask for symptomatic treatment with Cinnarizine or so.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
