What Causes Dry Eyes In An Elderly Person?

I m 84 years old. My eye Dr. Said I have macular degenerative or whatever( forgive spelling) and dry eyes. Said I would have to take rest of my life. On fixed income. Can t afford. What is your opinuion? Is there something I can use more in my means, if so what? Forgive spelling. I just can t afford restasis

what your dr said is Macular degeneration and it is related to ur age ,
at your age it is common due to aging effect but as far as dry eyes are concern u can consult with ur ophthalmologist about artificial tears which lubricates your eyes and make them comfortable

i would strongly suggest you to see a ophthalmologist for better evaluation of problem
