What Causes Dry, Gritty And Sand Like Black Menstrual Blood?

What can cause dry gritty sand like black menstrual blood? I am 23 years old and gave two kids they are 3 and 4. I have hpv cervicle cancer strand and genital warts. I am married and have been for 4 years. I have been with him and only him for 4 years. I do not have an std. I am so scared please help me

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the malignant condition then it need to be taken great care if this is unremarkable then no need to worry about this, some time such bleeding could be due to hormone changes and some time could be retained uterine blood collection and may not be due to any malignancy but it needs to be differentiated, you can wait for this period and in next period it would be okay, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
