Hello,

Dry heaving may be due to aortic stenosis or pulmonary stenosis. Digoxin dosage is little high so better to lower the dose.

Please post exact cause of why she is taking digoxin in case of heart failure then need to check whether she is in failure or not.

In case atrial fibrillation to control ventricular rate then it may be due to LV dysfunction or arrhythmia.

Get it done echocardiography, ECG, chest X-ray.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
