What Causes Dry, Irritated Lumps On Vagina With Whitish Discharge?

Lumps under the skin of the lips on my vagina. Vagina itches. Dry skin and is irritated. It itches and is beginning to feel like there s pressure on the lumps. I do have some whitish discharge and it smells bad. My rectum is always kinda wet. As if I didn t wipe my ass properly after taking a shit even though I shower daily and wipe well. It s almost too painful to wipe after urinating but I do it anyway. What do I do? Can t stop smoking long enough to take an antibiotic and cash is limited

Hello ma'am and welcome.

You could possibly have bacterial vaginosis and should consider visiting your doctor for a urine analysis, blood tests and possibly even a physical examination. Antibiotic coverage should suffice to help rid you of the infection. Please make sure you keep the affected region clean and dry, change your inner wear regularly and drink plenty of fluids.

I would also like to comment on the anal discharge, this may require some attention as well. In the meantime, try to wash the anal region after passing your bowels from front to back and not the other way around.

Best wishes.
