Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be a form of eczema..called lichen simplex chronicus.

Kindly consult the dermatologist.

I would suggest..

- oral steroids in tappering dose
- antihistaminics to relieve itch
- steroid cream like clobetasole propionate to apply on the lesion
- avoid stress
- avoid soap
- avoid triggering factors

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
