What Causes Dry, Itchy Patch On Fold Of Vagina?

My vagina has dry itching patch along the crest or fold where the thighs meets and vagina. Also where the fold of my stomach meet my vagina there are small little pink soars, when I lift my stomach up. What cause this? Never in my life had a sex disease before.
