What Causes Dry Mouth And Bumps At The Base Of The Tongue?
For a week or two i have felt like, bumps on the far back of my tongue and they seem solid but annoying because i feel them when i swallow which makes me swallow more and that causes dry mouth. What are they and what can i do to get rid of them. What causes them so i never do it again?

Well come to HCM
If this causes swallowing difficulty then this could be due to swelling of that lesion, some time this could be due to acid reflux disease and may not be due to what you are seeing, condition can be better known with the clinical examination, it is very likely that what ever you are watching that could be just normal one, on tentative basis this can be treated with 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
