Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your symptoms you might be suffering from Diabetic ketoacidosis.
Diabetic ketoacidosis results from a shortage of insulin. In severe deficiency of insulin, body switches to burning fatty acids and producing acidic ketone bodies. Predominant symptoms are nausea and vomiting, pronounced thirst, High blood glucose level, excessive urine production and abdominal pain that may be severe.
Diabetic ketoacidosis is a medical emergency, and without treatment it can lead to death.
You should visit emergency instead of delaying.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
