What Causes Dry Mouth And Frequent Urination?

I am 61, and have been working in the middle east for over 10 years. I now have a dry mouth all the time, no matter how much I drink (water, milk, anything), and I have to urinate at times every 30 min or less, and up to every hour to 3 hours. Never the same. What can I do to stop the need to pee?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that dry mouth and frequent urination can be due to increased blood sugar levels leading to Diabetes..

As the symptoms of frequent urination and dry mouth are most commonly seen in case of Diabetes Mellitus, therefore you should consult a General Physician or a Diabetologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to get blood sugar levels CA both fasting and post meal along with Glycosylated Hemoglobin levels HbA1c checked..
In case if the blood sugar levels and higher than normal range then you can be advised Oral Hypoglycemic drugs to bring the blood sugar levels to normal range..
Along with it dietary modifications like curbing intake of refined carbohydrates, doing moderate workout and taking appropriate rest and avoiding stress can help..
