What Causes Dry Mouth And Frequent Urination?

Hi i am female 49yrs old, I haven t had a period in the past 17mths. I am constantly thirsty, excessive dry mouth & regardless of time of day or night I m urinating every 10-15mins a day plus I cant sleep. I may get 2hrs every 3-4 days of sleep. I also cant get motivated or have any energy before 3pm in the afternoon. I also have blurry vision especially when watching tv . 4 mths ago I got brand new glasses for reading which help but do nothing for watching tv or reading drop screens on tv.

Hi.
Thanks for the query..

Your symptoms are appearing to be probably due to high blood sugar levels..
Dry mouth, frequent urination and lack of energy are common symptoms of high blood sugar levels..

So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated and get a fasting and post meal blood sugar levels checked along with HbA1c levels..

If blood sugar levels are high Oral hypoglycemic drugs can be advised to you along with dietary and lifestyle modifications to relieve the symptoms.

Hope this helps..

Regards..
