What Causes Dry Mouth While On Zantac For LPR?

According to my ENT Doctor I have a condition labeled LPR. About 30-40-days ago he prescribed one Prylosec each morning 20-30 mins before eating anything. That cleared the condition until 1 to 2:00 pm same day and then it returned. I called him and he prescribe3d Zantac once per day. I had no specific instructions from the Doc but read the meds insert which said if only taking one, take it before bed. I ve been doing that for about 10 days now and am beginning to have serious dry mouth problems. FYI: I am a pretty healthy 80-year old male. What do you suggest?
