What Causes Dry Mouth With Sore Taste And Frequent Urination?

Hi, I am 64 years old i had a stroke 1 year ago,medications 40mg lisinopril, 600mg2xa day gemfribrozil,40 mg. of atorvastatin 50mg metoprolo, finally 10mg amlodipine besylate. I am now experiencing dry mouth and frequent urination. I was 161lbs in two weeks i have dropped to 155lbs and have a little lose of appetite after a case of the gout. I also have a sour taste in mouth. what should i do about it?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the sore taste and dry mouth can be because of reduced salivary secretion which most often occurs secondary to the adverse effects of medicines you are taking for epilepsy and hypertension. The frequent urination can occur in case of diabetes. So consult a general physician and get it evaluated. Mean while for the dry mouth you can use artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose. Keep sipping the water.
