Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...WHEN MY BOY AND I HAVE PENETRATIVE SEX HE HAS AN ORGASM COPIOUS AMOUNT OF SEMEN. BUT DURING ORAL SEX HE A DRY ORGASM. EVEN WHEN THE ORAL SEX IS FIRST, HE ALWAYS A DRY ORGASM. SOMETIMES WE WE DO ORAL SEX WITHOUT ANY PENETRATIVE SEX AND IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME. WHY IS THAT?

Orgasm or ejaculation is never dry in male unless he suffers from poor semen production. If he ejaculates in vaginal sex, then there is no question about no ejaculation in oral sex. I think he is not getting an orgasm in fellatio, means oral sex. It is not a problem in any way. There is no need to worry. No treatment is required. Take it easy.
