What Causes Dry Particles In Different Areas Of My Mouth?

For the last month or so I feel like I have little particles like a dry crumb,etc. in different areas of my mouth..like something bothering me under sides of my tongue. This makes me cough a superficial non-productive cough. The only medication I take is Benzapril since January of this year?????

Read and understood your concerns.
The feeling of the dry particles classically occurs in the throat due to the granular pharyngitis and is due to pus formation or have an acute infection.
Stomatitis and glossitis will give you the similar symptoms and can be treated well after a proper clinical evaluation and investigations .
