What Causes Dry Patches On Legs, Back, Forearms And Hands?

I have sever dry skin patches. mostly on my lower legs, some on my lower back, forearms and hands. My throat feels scratchy, almost like I have something in my throat when I swallow. Not painful, just annoying. I am very tired, regardless of amount of sleep.

Welcome to the HCM.
First of all I would like to know that if you have got itching on these patches.For how long you have been suffering from these patches.
As skin patches has to be seen in person or else you can upload the pics on this site and discuss further.As it could be eczema or psoriasis but need to see in person.
