What Causes Dry Patches On The Hands, Face, Neck And Abdomen?

hi i am 23year old female.I have burn like dark patches.its dry and flaky.I am having this problem from past 5 years or more anywhere on my body usually hands , face ,neck and sometimes on stomach too.Sometimes it goes away on its own but comes back.It looks like dry wrinkled burnt patches.I have shown to many dermatologist some say sunburn but i don t understand if its sunburn why it occurs on my tummy too. Doctors use to give steroids creams...and some say you got addicted to it but from past one year i m not using any steroid creams and before when i use to use it was not regular. How can i get rid off this ? what is it called? please help

As first-line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
