What Causes Dry Red Spot On Penis?

I have a red spots on the shaft of my penis and a little on the tip, no bumps. It seems to get dry if I use it in anyway. It happened about a week or two ago and the last time I had sex before that was protected. Also I use a good moisturizer and it seems to disappear, then I had sex again this weekend and it returned but mildly, it used to itch until I moisturized it. So after the moisturizer it tends to go away. Could this be jock itch? Or scabies or what? I m in college and just started baseball this semester.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Fordyce spots. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. If fodyce spots then harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will help to get rid off it. Applying tretinoin ointment locally also is helpful. It is better to a dermatologist and rule out this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
