What Causes Dry Scar Like Rashes Around The Neck And Pelvic Area?

About a week ago I have first seen some marks on my skin. Their texture is very dry and they almost look like a scar. I have ignored the first signs since I have always had problems with dry skin. However, the marks have quickly spread and now it looks like a rash. It is located only in the area from my neck down to my pelvic region, both front and back.I would be grateful to know what could have caused it and how it can be treated.Thank you!

I really appreciate your concern, if it does not have any symptoms like itching burning pain then it could be viral infection, just wait for some time ideally such lesion may not need any treatment, at the most local Diphenhydramine lotion can be used (your age and gender is missing here else something best can be thought ) hope this information helps.
